How
you wake up and what you do after waking up effects your entire day. If
you begin your morning with momentum so you can keep it up for the rest of the
day. Our writer ‘Hal El Rold’ created a morning routine which he calls
"The Miracle Morning" which helps the writer and will help you also to
start your day with full of motivation and enthusiasm but before we get to the
routine you should wake up first and we all know how difficult it is to wake up
early.
How to wake up early with
ease?
The Famous Saying, “You
Snooze, you lose” may have a much deeper meaning than any of us ever realized.
When we say “It’s ok if I skip waking up early today, I am very tired. From
tomorrow, for sure I’ll get up early. This is only for once”. This not only affects
this particular moment but also changes who you become. If you tell yourself it’s
ok to skip waking up early for once, you are most likely to do it again because
you already gave yourself permission last time and eventually becomes someone
who skips waking up early – A Slacker
So, to tackle the laziness we all feel in waking up, Hal created The Five Step Snooze Proof Wake Up Strategy which you can also read by clicking here
Alright, you are wake
up know. What’s next. Let’s enter the main objective of this book The Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
The Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
The six powerful,
proven personal development practices that will help you to gain access to
the powerful sources – already within you – that will enable you to alter,
change, or transform any area of your life. Let’s look at each of the six
personal development tools that make up The Life S.A.V.E.R.S. and how each will
help you become the person you need to be to easily attractive, create and live
the most extraordinary life you have ever imagined.
“S” Stands for silence: You can pray or do meditation or just heavy deep
breathing, while you let your mind wander, it will help you to let go away all
the negative thoughts and reduce stress. Just do it for 5 minutes but make sure
you don’t do it in bed, you don’t want to fall asleep again!
“A” Stands for affirmation:
Your self-talk
has a dramatic influence on your mood. When you design and write out your
affirmations, align them with what you want to accomplish, and commit to repeating
them daily – they make an
impression on your subconscious mind. You can overcome your limiting beliefs
and behaviors and replace them with what you need to succeed. Here is an
example: If you want to gain muscles and build a perfect ideal body then your
affirmation might look something like this “I am 100 % committed to going to
the gym every day and losing X amount of calories. The
more specific the actions are the more it will help you. Customize them to your
need and feel free to add some inspirational quotes in it.
“V” Is for Visualization:
Visualizing your goals and dreams is
believed by experts to attract your vision into your life. Whether or not you believe
in the law of attraction, visualization lifts up your spirit and emotions and
pulls you towards your vision. It can be a powerful tool for overcoming self-limiting
habits such as procrastination.
“E” Is for Exercise: Morning exercise should be stable in everyone’s daily
rituals. When you exercise even for a few minutes every morning it
significantly boosts your energy and mental clarity. Every morning you gotta get
your heart rate up and fill lungs with oxygen. Whether you do some yoga, go for
a walk or run is up to you. But if you ask me, I will recommend you do a 7
minutes exercise which my Uncle (aka Mamu) suggested to me and I am suggesting
to you back.
“R” Is for Reading: Whatever you want in your life there are countless
book on how to get it. The key is to learn from experts, those who have already
done what you want to do. With an almost infinite number of books available on
every topic. There are no limits to the knowledge you can gain through daily
reading. I (and many experts also) recommend you make a habit of reading at
least 10 pages daily. Let’s do some math here. Reading 10 pages per day equals 3650
pages per year, which equals approximately 18 personal development books per
year. Isn’t it a great deal! I guarantee that if you start reading today, you’ll
see a major improvement in your life.
“S” Is for Scribing: Scribing is just another word for writing. You can
write about anything. You can write a dream journal about your goals and plans,
lessons learned and so on. Anything you feel like to focus on in your
life. Writing will help you to capture ideas. The process of writing something
down forces us to think through it enough to understand it.
So that’s it for Life S.A.V.E.R.S.
You can do each activity for as long as you wish. But try not to exceed 1 hour
with your morning routine.
Hal also created a
sample Miracle Morning Routine which you can see by clicking here, but remember
it’s only a sample, you can customize it and make it your own.
